Kevin Van den Daelen

Kevin has over 15 years of experience in logistics real estate.

He has held senior positions at InSite Real Estate, where he was in charge of European logistics investment and development activities, and Arax Properties where he was involved in over €500 million of transactions across Europe.

Jean-Baptiste Blanchy-Journu

Managing Partner

Jean-Baptiste has over 16 years of experience in logistics real estate.

He has held senior positions at CBRE IM, including Managing Director and Head of Value-Add Acquisitions EMEA, where he led the deployment of c. €1.7 billion of capital across Europe. Jean-Baptiste is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
